Let me tell you…I lift weights. My body gets tight and I get knots. Sometimes I’m in pain. I can’t wait to come in here weekly bc I know when I leave I know My body will feel like new. These hands are magic. You will not be sorry if you come here. I can’t go to anyone else. I’m spoiled now. lol!

Baaaabyyyyy! Life has been lif'n and Sis has still been trying to take care of herself through all of it! I've been having trouble with my shoulder & found out I have tendinitis in my rotator cuff. So between life and the shoulder I decided to try something different. Baaaabyyyyy, when I tell you to try Linza Healin Hands at @the wellness spa you better run! Yesterday I decided to try the 60 minute CBD Oil Therapeutic Massage....what basketball tournament? Not only relaxed, but put me clean asleep! Straight through the night! I needed it too! She's located at 54th & Keystone! You better get there! I usually get a 90 minute massage but that wasn't an option for the CBD oil massage but she's going to add it! 🤣

This was the most relaxing massage and facial I’ve ever had. She worked out so many knots in my shoulder and back. I felt new when I got up. I also fell asleep. It was so peaceful. Then when it came time to do my facial, she educated me as well. I left with a new back, new shoulders and glowing face. I’ve already bought a package deal. I HAVE to come back! She is truly a hidden gem!

I received a foot detox and a pore cleanse facial. My feet were so smooth I almost slipped out my flip flops walking to my car! I’ve had a callus under my baby toe for years. I couldn’t even feel anything and with the detox Ms. Linza was able to get a lot of the dead skin off and I could feel again!!! The facial was so peaceful I could have laid there all day! She lit a candle and it was just a beautiful time! She’s so friendly and wonderful to talk to! Plus she supports other small businesses with her pop up shops! I highly recommend stopping by. There are other services provided by different staff members that I am excited to try soon!
